Fereshteh Palace Residential Complex was built on a land of 10400 square meters and occupied an area of nearly 3000 square meters. It was constructed by Shayegan Company in the form of three inter-connected towers. It consists of 16 floors and 114 residential units. There are eight apartment units on the ground floor, 100 apartment units on ten typical floors, and six penthouses on floor 11. In light of novel methods of saving energy and water, Fereshteh Palace Residential Complex is a green and eco-friendly construction. The complex uses solar energy to supply a part of the electrical lighting demand to the common areas. Another shining example is that home automation systems are employed in the apartent units to avoid energy loss, and raw water is utilized in cooling towers and toilet flash tanks. In addition, strong pressure-reducing faucet to save water, variable-speed booster pumps and electromotor invertors and drives are employed.
